Thursday 20th March

An hours visit from 6.30am today, cold and drizzly. Amazingly I as I heard 3 Jackdaw flying over I realised that these were my first here of the year - so up to 76 species now for the year. Apart from that this morning 8 sand Martin, 2 Bullfinch, 2 Green Woodpecker and 4 singing Chiffies were the highlights. I also had some good views of a different Water Vole than my usual one near the east scrub.
