Tuesday 12th February

Another frustrating day as there was thick fog up until lunchtime and I only really had chance to visit this morning. I did walk around the small copse near the wardens office/pay and display car park. I did get some snatched views of a Treecreeper here that was calling high up.

Thick fog around the lakes this morning

I vistited again at duskver briefly and snapped the sunset.

I was volunteering at Leybourne Lakes Tuesday morning and heard a Stonechat singing in the rough grassland by the Ocean Lake.

Glad to hear the Stonechat is still around. I haven't seen it since early January.

The photograph of sunset is great and makes up for the earlier fog
