Tuesday 4th September

A visit between 3pm and 4pm today. Not much around really at this time of day. 5 Mistle Thrush in the East scrub, Green Woodpecker & Great Spotted Woodpecker were the only birds of note.

Comma, Small White, White sp, Speckled Wood, Red Admiral and Meadow Brown were seen as well as only one Migrant Hawker and good numbers of Common Darter.

Late news, I forgot to put on 2 Buzzard over my village of Birling on Sunday as well as 10 Stock Dove.

Nice to hear you saw a couple of buzzard on Sunday. It's great that sightings of these birds are being seen around the south-east more often.
